Dear readers,
Welcome to the first issue of my new newsletter for Tai Chi For Health, Chi Kung For Health, Kung Fu and other Taoist lineage monastic systems of hygienics as taught by yours truly!
This is a “great leap forward” towards our goal of simplifying, centralizing and streamlining all discussion, schedules and updates for my upcoming Livestreams, workshops, and other events related to all things Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu, Feng Shui, Taoist, Ch’an Buddhist, Castanedan, and martial Zen— as taught by yours truly.
As our world has become dramatically more internet-connected and driven more so by the “lockdown” lifestyle necessitated by the coronavirus pandemic, and we find ourselves needing to register for multiple apps, websites, and online communities, it’s become more challenging than ever to deal with not only the high volume of information, but keeping our information flows organized.
An essential tenet of Taoism is the call for simplicity in emulating Nature. And because we don’t study Taoism for nothing, I are hereby making life simpler and more accessible for you by aggregating some useful sets of my holistic health information in this new e-mail newsletter. So if you're taking a break from social media, refraining from discussion boards, but still need gentle reminders, don't worry: all you need to do is sign up with your e-mail address and you can get all relevant information about my online instructional programs and publications sent to you regularly through this newsletter, as well as give you access to older newsletters archived online. Subscription to this Newsletter is free; donations are welcomed.
In addition to updating you on my Livestream courses, classes, workshops and other events, as well as announcing all future DVD releases for Tai Chi For Health, Flying Phoenix Qigong (Fei Feng San Gong), and Tao Tan Pai (Taoist Elixir Method) Basic 31 Meditations, this newsletter will have:
(a) my recommended practices for each fortnight—relevant to that particular month’s Zoom lessons.
(b) a Question & Answer section addressing letters from readers,
(c) my occasional reviews of significant new publications in the Tai Chi & Qigong genres.
(d) Art Spotlight – on readers’ contributions of their art—or, in their absence, my favorite pick of the week— like this favorite piece of mine painted by the prodigy Alexandra Nechita when she was only 11 years old(!!!):

(f) Music Spotlight – featuring readers’ contributions of their original music (all genres)—or, in their absence, my pick of the week, such as: SoCal’s other favorite son, Miguel, with his enormous cross-generational appeal, here singing “Skywalker” on Austin City Limits:
(g) Dispatches from the field — by Obie One, my English beagle photo-journalist, aka, Heirophant-space-beagle; "Have Karma, Will Burn" Healing Oracle of Del Mar; Visionary-squirrel-n-rabbit-abuser; gangster-of-love-and-the-string-theory; noble Crowley-defender, who in this photo is telepathically saying to you, "I'm so much smarter than you. Just look at my mellow. Now look at yourself.": https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1054356690866&set=a.1053330305207&type=3&theate
So welcome aboard the Good Starship of Zhenwu. I hope you enjoy all the smooth sailing, silk-reeling, and tube-surfing ahead of us as we voyage into the unknown with some of the greatest Gnostic technologies man has ever created.
Be well and take care to stay safe.
