QIGONG FOR HEALTH FOR 1ST RESPONDERS, CLASS #27 —OCT. 4:
“Meditation in movement is a hundred, a thousand times—more beneficial than meditation in repose.” — ancient Taoist adage.
Our twenty-eight Livestream session is set for today (Oct. 4) from 4pm to 6pm Eastern Time (U.S. and Canada), with 30 minutes of discussion and Q&A immediately following. Until further notice, this class and future ones will be taught at Eastover Estate in Lenox, MA. Berkshires residents are welcome to attend this class in person (with physical distancing and mask-wearing, of course).
Each class immerses you in—not one, but—two authentic and powerful ancient Taoist monastic systems of Qigong that impart tangible, repeatable and verifiable health benefits. That is, each one is a stand-alone health and cultural treasure from China that are no longer practiced there due to the impact of the Cultural Revolution (1965 to 1975):
(1) Taoist Elixir Method (“Tao Tan Pai”) Qigong created in Tang Dynasty and preserved through ages by 24 generations of masters a complete system of Taoist monastic yoga that is easily learned, easy to practice, and will serve you for a lifetime. The TTP-31 consists of 15 standing moving meditations and 16 seated meditations, all of which involve movements except three.
attributed to Lu Tung Pin (Lu Deng Bin), the de facto leader of the 8 Taoist Immortals.
(2) Flying Phoenix Heavenly Healing Qi Meditations (“Fei Feng San Gung”), created in 1644 by the famous Taoist, Feng Dao Deh (Feng Do Duk in Cantonese) of Ehrmeishan. The above video footage above shows me demonstrating the capstone moving meditation of the Flying Phoenix Qigong system, excerpted from the fourth volume my best-selling Chi Kung For Health DVD series that I produced in 2004. This exercise is the namesake of the entire system, “Flying Phoenix Heavenly Healing Qi Meditation”—and is memorized and then done with the eyes closed.
Flying Phoenix Qigong imparts tangible energizing and rejuvenating effects—and deep meditative stats of consciousness— in surprisingly swift manner—within 25 to 40 minutes of practicing any combination of the 8 basic standing meditations or 24 seated meditations, and its allostatic effects continue after one’s practice of this Qigong has finished.
"Flying Phoenix Qigong practice significantly elevates parasympathetic tone. 90 minutes of practice of this Qigong is restorative in real time and over time afterwards."
- Yetsa A. Tuakli-Wosornu, M.D., M.P.H., IOC Dip. Sp. Med. Assistant Clinical Professor, Yale School of Public Health Department of Chronic Disease Epidemiology

Sunday Qigong Class Agenda
A. Warm-up: We begin every class with this easy and healthful basic Qigong routine called “the Silkweaver’s Exercise”, which you can learn on your own by practicing to this Facebook video that I made in Santa Monica in 2016:
https://www.facebook.com/236579434951/videos/10154646296514952/
If you do this exercise as homework and memorize all or part of this choreography, you’ll hit the deck “running” at all of the classes I teach and be able to attain deeper levels of relaxation, mind-body integration, physical comfort, emotional calm, and mental concentration/jhanic absorption during each class.
B. After warming up, we practice 50 minutes of the Basic Tao Tan Pai 31 Meditations (“TTP-31” for short), which in and of itself is a complete system of Yoga, compared to what has been taught in Yoga classes throughout the western world. We start off by learning a distillation of this series of 31 called the “Tao Tan Pai Short Form Power Yoga” consisting of the first four standing Meditations followed by the third of the 16 seated meditations (aka, Meditation No.18). This is a classical practice, not a recent advent or abbreviation—which was my daily morning practice over four years—from 1976 to 1980. This practice is one of the most reliable and effective self-empowering yogic methods to elevate and organize one’s energies, and an excellent morning practice to start off the day.
We practice 4 to 15 of the standing meditations and 2 to 5 of the seated meditations in each class. By adding new meditations each week, we cover all of the 31 Basic Meditations of Tao Tan Pai in about 12 classes. This easy and yet profoundly healthful and transformative practice can be started by beginners in any class.
• Eight of the Tao Tan Pai Basic 31 Meditations (“TTP-31”) are seen on this video, including the all-essential first of the 31 Meditations known as “Circling Palms”, which is traditionally practiced by doing four sets of 8 repetitions:
* This is a fact of Tao Tan Pai Qigong that I have emphasized in every class I have taught about “Circling Palms”, the quintessential: Just like one can never practice enough of “Wave Hands Like Clouds” (an outward circling pattern done in the bow stance) in Tai Chi, one can never practice enough of “Circling Palms” (an inward circling pattern) in Taoist Elixir Method Qigong, with one’s eyes continually focused on the fingertips of the extended arm as it sweeps 180 degrees to the other side.
C. After our practice of the Tao Tan Pai “Short Form Power Yoga”—which is easy to do and good for all ages— we take our excellent body mechanics, mind-body integration, newly cultivated “shen” energy (developed form the mental and visual concentration on movements synchronized with breath cycle) to use as a strong foundation for our second hour’s practice of “Flying Phoenix Celestial Healing Qigong”. This video show summer workshop students practicing one of the cornerstone moving meditations of Flying Phoenix Qigong called “Bending the Bows”:
Both the practice of the Basic TTP-31 Meditations and the Flying Phoenix Qigong involve standing and seated, moving and sedentary meditations. Both are complete and powerful health-enhancing and consciousness-transforming systems of Taoist hygienics in and of themselves. And as I explained in earlier issues and in the Flying Phoenix Chi Kung discussion thread on www.thedaobums.com (started in Nov. 2009 by businessman and qigong practitioner Lloyd McClelland of Orlando, FL), ever since I began learning Flying Phoenix Celestial Healing Qigong in 1991, I’ve marveled over its energizing and rejuvenating effects that continue well beyond the end of each practice session. As one contributor to the FPCK daobums.com thread posted about 7 or 8 years ago, he was riding his bike about 12 hours after he had practiced FP Qigong when suddenly the tangibly sublime circulation of FP Qigong’s healing Qi suddenly set on upon him.
This restorative process has been corroborated by scores of Qigong students year after year after year… Here is a spontaneous testimonial given by my dear friend and student Rori Kanter, who described her healing experience that set on one after she got home after taking her very first 2-hour lesson in Flying Phoenix Qigong in a free class that I gave on April 28, 2019 during World Tai Chi Qigong Day weekend at Eastover Estate in Lenox, MA:
Six months later on November 4, Rori gave this amazing report of her annual physical check-up by her primary physician:
As I’ve quoted in my email invitations to the Livestream course, my friend Dr. Yetsa Tuakli gave me this professional assessment of Flying Phoenix Qigong last July after one two-hour lesson:
Tao Tan Pai Qigong catalyzes Flying Phoenix Qigong, amplifying and prolonging the healing effects of the latter.
But beyond this fact that Flying Phoenix Qigong induces a healing event in the practitioner that continues long after the practice of the Qigong has ceased and can also induce a healing event several hours after the practice has concluded, I discovered six years ago—after practicing Flying Phoenix Qigong for 23 years and the Tao Tan Pai Qigong for 38 years—that the Tao Tan Pai Qigong if practiced prior to practicing the Flying Phoenix Qigong, acts as powerful foundational catalyst or “accelerant” that enhances the restorative effects of the Flying Phoenix Qigong and prolongs “normal” duration of the energizing, rejuvenating, and self-healing events activated by the latter. Hence the format of every class in this series is one hour of Taoist Elixir Method Qigong followed by an hour of Flying Phoenix Qigong.
Hence, these two very positive reviews by students came in after each took my first class March 29 consisting of one-hour of TTP Basic 31 Meditations followed by one hour of Flying Phoenix Qigong:
I felt a surge of tangible sensations coursing through my entire body, streams of subtle vibrations and tingling with a particular focus in the chest and head areas. Unlike the typical calming, relaxing, and sometimes sedative effects that I usually experience from FP, this pattern of energy was more invigorating, enlivening, and longer-lasting. I was alert and full of energy with an underlying sense of ease and contentment. Its effects were still mildly present three hours after the session ended, and most surprisingly, after a heavy meal, something I haven't quite experienced before even having attended a dozen intensive workshops. Although we only practiced basic exercises from each system, my experience mimicked ones I"ve had practicing advanced meditations from TTP and FP separately in longer sessions. I can only attribute these effects to the thoughtful, specific, and unique combination of TTP and FP that was offered.
--Spencer Lawrence, Jersey City, NJ
I’ve studied with Sifu Terry Dunn for 3 1/2 years at Eastover and any place else I could get the chance. The major focus of that study had been Flying Phoenix Qigong and related Bak Fu Pai arts. I’ve taken a couple of workshops in Tao Tan Pai but never gave it any thought, devotion or practice. Recently I’ve partaken in Sifu Dunn’s Sunday class “Tao Tan Pai + Flying Phoenix Qigong for Peak Immunity...” It consists of one hour of Tao Tan Pai followed another hour of Flying Phoenix. For the last 12 weeks I’ve faithfully practiced TTP daily with profound results. My lung capacity has greatly increased; my inhalation and exhalation are longer and deeper now (something useful In this time of pandemic). I’ve noticed, too, that my heart rate has slowed down by 5 beats per minute.
As to the synergistic relationship of these two seemingly unrelated disciplines, I’ll mention a few. Tao Tan Pai is the perfect warmup for Flying Phoenix Qigong. It loosens both the body and mind. It deepens the relaxation response putting one in an altered state much sooner. This state of relaxation is so deep that by the end of Sunday’s class I can barely keep my eyes open. This is especially true of the Monk Serves Wine series of exercises. My personal practice will forevermore start with TTP and end with Flying Phoenix.
--Tony Arcuri, Queens, NY
I expect more such testimonials to flow in as I’ve already received numerous verbal testimonials on Zoom, Skype and phone messages expressing thanks, elation, and joy over this demonstrable synergy between Tao Tan Pai Qigong and Flying Phoenix Qigong.
Because Flying Phoenix Qigong in and of itself is outstandingly effective medical qigong system that produces repeatable and verifiable restorative health benefits, as confirmed by thousands of practitioners around the world using my DVD series since 2004 (as documented on the 11-year running “Flying Phoenix Chi Kung” discussion thread on the www.thdaobum.scom blogsite) and using my VHS cassettes with the same content since 1996, today, based on the past 18 consecutive weeks of teaching this innovative class, I can attest that this combined regimen (of one hour TTP Qigong followed by one hour of FP Qigong) is an exceptionally effective therapeutic recovery regimen for first-responders (military, police, fire-righting and medical professionals) that will stave off stress caused by exposure to high-risk situations where injury, disease, violence, abuse and trauma are commonplace. Furthermore, I strongly believe, that his combination Qigong regimen can serve as an effective pre-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for first-responders working on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic to increase their stamina and immune levels, and would welcome rigorous clinical testing by any top medical center in America or Europe.
*See you this Sunday to continue our exploration of the deeper realms of holistic health and wellness through both of these remarkable Qigong arts. Health and vitality being their given side-effects, we will practice Taoist Elixir Method Qigong’s and Flying Phoenix Qigong’s sedentary meditations to perfect ”stillness within stillness” and traverse the material jhanas, leading to practice of divinely their ingenious moving meditations to develop “stillness within movement”—carrying one right to the threshold into the formless jhanas, that will ultimately enable one to merge with the Infinite Event at will and at Its Will.

TAI CHI CHUAN CLASS #10: OCTOBER 6
The eighth class of my Tai Chi For Health weekly course will be Livestreamed this Tuesday night, September 22, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm EST at Eastover Estate in Lenox, MA —with physical distancing and masks required of attendees taking the class live.

“Those practices Tai Chi Chuan will gain the pliability of a child, the vitality of a lumberjack, and the wisdom of a sage.”
– ancient Chinese adage
Graceful in movement, slow in tempo, relaxed in fluid natural postures, Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art practiced by millions throughout the world as a moving meditation for health, longevity, and self-defense. Regular practice of Tai Chi forms imparts many health benefits: improved circulation, respiration, metabolism, bone and muscle str ength, posture, balance, flexibility, neuro-muscular function, immunity, and heightened ecological awareness.
Class Agenda
In this ongoing weekly class, I am teaching the popular 60-posture Yang Style Tai Chi form (pre-choreographed routine) created by my teacher, Grandmaster William C.C. Chen. You will learn the essential postures and body mechanics of Tai Chi Chuan that will give absolute beginners a solid foundation from which to further explore the art, while enabling experienced Tai Chi players of all levels and from all styles to advance their practice.
Each class begins with 40 minutes of classical Tai Chi warm-up and conditioning exercises that I have distilled from a vast repertoire of training methods acquired over the past 46 years from several traditions: Yang Tai Chi, Chen Tai Chi (Silk-reeling Exercises), Liu He Ba Fa (3 internal exercises), the “Silk-weaver’s Exercise” (a Qigong form not to be confused with “The 8 Brocades”), and the brilliantly designed Qing Dynasty Imperial Guard Exercises (8).
I emphasize in this class three essential Yang style Tai Chi conditioning exercises that I learned in 1980 from my first Tai Chi teacher, the late General Abraham Liu (also a senior student of Prof. Cheng Man-Ching) and which I still practice and teach to this day: (1) “Wave Hands Like Clouds” done in bow-stances and in ma-bu; (2) The 90º-pivoting “Play Guitar/Lifting Hands” exercise that perfects the sit stance or cat stance; (3) the smoothly alternating “Snake Creeps Down” exercise that is so excellent for stretching, posture, balance, and circulation.
(*These three essential exercises are also taught in the first 45 minutes of both of my Tai Chi For Health dvds (all-time best-selling instructional DVDs in the English language since their release in 1989 on VHS cassette:)
http://www.taichimania.com/taichi_catalog.html
After each classical warm-up module, you will receive detailed, step-by-step instruction and guided practice in the 60-posture Form. After a couple of classes, students will appreciate how these conditioning exercises make learning the Form much easier and more efficient. You will also be able to “connect the dots” and understand how each of the classical warm-up exercises supports Form practice and also reveals the martial application(s) of each Tai Chi posture. Once the physical aspects of the Form have been well-practiced, we will begin exploring the mental dimensions of form practice, for one of the goals of practicing any Tai Chi form is to ultimately practice the entire routine as one movement and one thought.
Grandmaster William Chen created the 60-part Form by adding 23 postures from the 108 Long Form to the 37-posture Short Form of his teacher, Prof. Cheng Man-Ching. I first learned the Cheng Man-Ching 37-posture Short Form and the 108-posture Yang Long Form from Master Chen’s classmate, General Abraham Liu, from 1980 to 1992 in Los Angeles, and had my Short Form further refined by attending 12 consecutive week-long summer retreats given by the late Master Benjamin Lo, also a student of Prof. Cheng Man-Ching from Taiwan. Those are the two forms taught on my Tai Chi For Health Yang Short Form and TCFH Long Form DVDs, which I produced way back in 1989 and was originally distributed on VHS cassette (in the millions) and then on DVD from 2004 to this day. These two videos have been the perennially top-selling instructional Tai Chi videos in the English language over the past 31 years (and today are still the best-reviewed and top-selling Tai Chi titles on Amazon.com). Their form instruction provides true Tai Chi For Health benefits, which also conditions the mind-body to eventually experience this profound fact of physical reality through the practice of Push-Hands (“tui-shou”):
“Nothing under Heaven is more pliable than water. But when amassed, there is nothing that can withstand it. That the soft overcomes the hard and the yielding overcomes the unyielding is a fact known to all men but utilized by none.”

INTERMEDIATE QIGONG & BASIC KUNG FU CLASS #15: OCTOBER 7
Wednesday, October 7, will be the 15th intermediate-level Qigong & Basic Kung Fu class of this ongoing weekly series (from 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. EST). This course concentrates on teaching intermediate and advanced levels of two primary Qigong systems, both of which are vast in content: Tao Tan Pai (Taoist Elixir Method”) Nei Kung created in the Tang Dynasty and Ehrmei Mountain Flying Phoenix Qigong. This training White Tiger Kung Fu created in 1644.
Prerequisites for joining the Intermediate class have recently been adjusted—please note:
1. Proficiency in all of the Flying Phoenix Qigong Exercises up to and including “Moonbeam Splashes On Water” moving meditation (the last exercise on Volume 3 of Chi Kung For Health DVD series)—i.e. you should have “Moonbeam” meditation memorized and be able to do it by following the DVD or my Livestream demonstrations.
2. Proficiency in or, at the very least, memorization of most of the Flying Phoenix Long Form Standing Meditation with eyes closed (“Flying Phoenix Heavenly Healing Chi Meditation” as taught on Volume 4 of the Chi Kung For Health DVD series). We go over this excellent practice in every intermed. class.
3. Proficiency in the Tao Tan Pai Short Form Power Yoga—and familiarity with the TTP 31 Basic Meditations—as acquired through attendance of two 3-day TTP Qigong workshops at Eastover Estate over past 3 years, or 3 months of weekly community classes.
Intermediate Qigong Syllabus
1. Taoist Elixir Method “Short Form Power Yoga” – and the other 26 of the Basic 31 Meditations -- After the warm-up module, each class begins with practice of the “Short Form Power Yoga”, a 5-exercise distillation of the Tao Tan Pai 31 Basic Meditations. every class so that after 3 months, you will have memorized the entire system. 8 of the Basic TTP-31 are seen in this video:
2. Tao Tan Pai Shen Exercises – 5 standing meditations that extend psychic awareness (4 stationary; 1 moving).
3. Tao Tan Pai Six Stars -- the 2nd most powerful yoga in the TTP system.
4. Tao Tan Pai Pre-Sleep Yoga – A powerful 5-part Qigong exercise done in the supine position (4 involve upper body movements; 1 is a static posture that also happens to be identical to one precisely described in Carlos Castaneda’s third book, Journey to Ixtlan.
5. Flying Phoenix Long Form Standing Med. (Vol.4) –The capstone exercise of the Ehrmei Mountain Flying Phoenix Qigong (“Ehrmeishan Fei Feng San Gung”) system. This advanced form, once learned and memorized, subsumes the practice of all the preceding 7 standing FP Qigong meditations, but not any of the seated 24 seated meditations. Learning it requires the same mental concentration and body memorization as learning a classical Tai Chi Chuan short form.
6. Advanced Flying Phoenix Qigong -- 9 standing meditations that cultivate an energy that is distinctly different in function than the “Basic” Flying Phoenix Qigong.
7. Preparatory Form of The 8 Sections of Energy Combined Kung Fu system – an extremely rare system of internal kung fu that my teacher of Flying Phoenix Qigong, GM Doo Wai, learned from the abbot of the Goddess of Mercy (Kuanyin) Buddhist Temple in Macau in the 1960’s in a trade for some of his Ehrmei Mountain Bok fu Pai (White Tiger style) Kung Fu. This art, in the words of GM Doo Wai, “is more rare than the DoDo Bird.”—because the martial energy that this art cultivates transmits through organic material (i.e., carbon-based) such as cotton and wood, and can permeate any living living creature that is in contact with that organic material. As suggested by its name, this martial art consists of 8 Forms—each one of which cultivates a distinct form of martial energy. When all 8 Forms are mastered and combined, the amalgamated energy is unique and unlike that of any other internal martial art. (See the first Youtube video under above “Syllabus” subtitle)
8. Advanced (Flying Phoenix) Monk Serves Wine seated Meditations.
9. Selections from 10,000 Buddhas Ascend to Heaven Qigong, a system of 54 advanced meditations for health and cultivation of martial geng consisting of 3 subsidiary Qigong sets of 18 meditations. Each subset of 18 meditations develops natural body mechanics and cultivates a unique martial energy unlike that of any other martial art or Qigong art. When the three sub-qigongs are completed, the resulting triune Qi is extraordinarily powerful and health-giving, and is a most unique auric expression of each individual practitioner. “Wan Fuo”, or 10,000 Buddhas” is the name of the tallest peak in the Ehrmeishan region—taller than Ehrmeishan itself.
10. Feng Dao Deh’s10 San Gung Seated Meditations -- a profoundly powerful and absolutely gorgeous set of seated moving meditations that are done, interestingly, not in half-lotus position but simple cross-legged position. Prerequisite: proficiency in entire basic level of FP Qigong (all the material in my 7-volume Chi Kung For Health DVD series). For those working on this set on their own, I will give remedial lessons and corrections as needed.
Basic Kung Fu Form Training:
1. Tao Tan Pai Cane Form, which many of you already know. We shall further perfect this cane/umbrella form and breakdown applications. Most of this form is seen in the last few minutes of the Youtube video posted above under “Qigong Agenda”.
2. Tao Tan Pai Monkey Form (to be followed by the TTP Crane, Snake. Dragpm Form)
3. The Ehrmei Mountain Bok Fu Pai (White Tiger) Kung Fu form called: "The Eagle Claw Ten Hook Attack Form", an extensive form that is a cousin of the Ehrmei Mountain Bak Mei Kung Fu, which is intimately linked with Bak Mei Kung Fu due to the historic collaboration between my teacher’s father and the great Bak Mei Grandmaster Chun Lai Cheung. This video shows GM Doo Wai demonstrating the “18 Devil’s Bridge” form, which has same salutation and some of the key elements found in the Eagle Claw 10 Hook Attack Form:
**supporting the BFP Eagle Claw form in future classes will be these 3 Yau Kang Mun Kung fu forms: "Standard Form," "Small Cross" Form, and "Big Cross,” which are second generation descendant forms from Bak Mei Kung Fu.
4. The 4-Corner Mok Gar "Browns" Form. (Splashing Hands). shown here. This Form consists of 10 Brown fighting techniques. (Don't be too wow'd or intimidated by the demo in this video; this Form is learned slowly, systematically, one technique at a time; then you gradually train for speed and power, distance, and accuracy. And, btw, I have trained women in this form--quite a few in the 1980's, actually. The "Browns" are learned one technique at a time linearly. Each technique is practiced at different cadences--Then at the very end, after all 10 have been learned, we string it together into this 4-corner form. The Browns and the 4-Corner form are quite fun to do because of its rhythmic coordination of hands driven by the shuffles (footwork) that are unique to Mok-Gar. Mok-Gar is known for its signature “snake hands and “rat step”:
5. Starting at 2:50 on this video below, the "Browns" 1 thru 5 are broken down by Sifu James McNeil, who was a peer and friend with my senior classmate (Da-Sihing) in Tao Tan Pai during the late 70's and 80's, the ven. John Davidson. Master McNeil powers his Mok Gar with internal energy from Hsing-I. (I empower my Mok Gar with the energy from Tao Tan Pai Nei Kung, Bok Fu Pai (White Tiger) Nei Kung, and 8 Sections of Energy Combined.)
**These 4 Kung Fu forms are taught in this intermediate class because they are form the prerequisite for learning more advanced TTP Qigong beyond the Basic 31 Meditations and more advanced Bok Fu Pai Nei Kung beyond Advanced Flying Phoenix Qigong. Their practice provides a solid kung fu foundation that enables one to derive maximum benefits from the Tao Tan Pai Six Stars and other advanced advanced internal arts such as Bok Fu Pai’s 10,000 Buddhas Ascend to Heaven Meditations and Feng Dao Deh’s 10 San Gung Meditations.

SONG PICK OF THE WEEK:
“Radio Clash” - by the Clash (1981)
In 2009, American critic Eric Schafer said this of the song - "it is a magnificent, daring, challenging record that was years ahead of its time; one of the great rock records of the 1980s, it has never been given its just credit. Twenty-eight years after its debut, were it released today it would still burn up the radio."
39 years after this song was published, the significance and urgency of this its message—i.e., for us to wake up and find sources of truth to listen to and turn off the din of lies and propaganda permeating all radio, television and social media—is greater now than ever before in American history because we have been in the trumpian age of post-truth for four years where Russian-designed propaganda has poured through the alt. right into American media and social media channels and has so successfully hacked the American mindset, gaslighting the entire population so repeatedly and for so long, that this ongoing Russian active measure—brilliantly infused and, in turn, amplified by 45’s base of simpletons, racist deplorables and Vichy-type traitors —may once again cause millions in this base to act and vote against their own self-interest as it did so successfully in 2016—and do so even now, despite 210,000 deaths by Covid-109 (100,000+ of which could have been prevented with the timely implementation seven months ago of the well-proven 5-part pandemic lockdown protocol ).
The lyric, “This is not (Radio) Free Europe, nor an armed force network” is both sadly ironic and prophetic—as seen from this present age of trumpian post-truth. Radio Free Europe was a U.S. government-funded radio-broadcast apparatus based in Munich (1949-1995) and then in Prague (1995 to present) that with the start of the Cold War provided around the clock news reports, information and analysis to Soviet satellite countries in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East where free flow of news and information was banned or undeveloped—in order to counter and blunt Soviet communist propaganda such as the wall-to-wall fake news disseminated through “Pravda,” the Soviet state-run newspaper. Radio Liberty based in London targeted the Soviet Union. But how terribly ironic that today, Radio Free Europe’s programming direly needs to be directed at the American population in order to re-educate its most dull and simple minds in the subjects of American history and civics to understand who and what America’s most dangerous existential enemy is. Prophetic because this protest song rails against:
A. “the international plan in the psycho shadow of the white right hand” —which today I take to refer to Putins’ cabal of murderous oligarchs, hell bent on destroying or crippling western democracies, which they call the “the Atlanticists” standing in the way of Russian’s rise to world greatness and supremacy—even though its GNP is the size of Spain’s and its economy has nothing that the United States needs—and has been accurately summarized by Malcolm Nance as “a trailer park with atomic bombs.”
B. Them that see ghettology as an urban Vietnam (*I read “Them” that as the 45th potus, his administration, and all their supporters)
Giving deadly exhibitions of murder by napalm (—just substitute “ill-trained and/or endemically racist police” for “napalm”)
• Recall that when the U.S. Attorney General, Yosemite Barr, ordered an uninsignia’d federal police force to move out hundreds of peaceful BLM protesters in Lafayette Sqare in Washington D.C . — in order to enable Orange Nero to have a photo opp in front of St. John’s Episcopal Church (holding a bible upside down and backwards), the military head of the Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region sought to deploy a heat-ray weapon (ADS) against the protestors.
The spirit of this 1981 protest song is worth absorbing. It’s percussive and intrusive beat, hammering rhythm, screamed punctuation, and spoken word chanting out a “Radio Clash” just might jolt or inspire one to find the sources of truth, accurate information, irrefutable science, and real news in American and world media, to avoid the insidiously divisive propaganda foisted by the enemies of western liberal democracy, and to specifically turn off or filter out the din of lies and disinformation flowing non-stop out of a fascist regime in th white house that is wholly owned and controlled by Russian oligarchs—in order to to give oneself a respite from the unhealthy 24/7 bombardment of lies this most desperate POTUS that’s amplified through legions of trolls based in St. Petersburg and here in the States.
To gain further clarity and understanding of how this country got into its present dire state, I refer readers once again to view this lecture given by Malcolm Nance at USC Sol Price of Public Policy in August of 2018—in its entirety:
Then one will be less apt to wallow in confusion or settle for the paralysis of hashtag activism and finally get on with life and doing what needs to be done—which means for Americans this November 3 to VOTE.
(“Doing what needs to be done,” by the way, in the context of Carlos Castaneda’s teachings of “a warrior on the path to Knowledge” in his famous series chronicling his experiences with Yaqui Indian medicine men and sorcery, is th basic definition of “the freedom of a warrior,: once he has conquered the first two enemies on the path to Knowledge: (1) fear and (2) clarity.)
THIS IS RADIO CLASS — THE CLASH (1981)
This is Radio Clash on pirate satellite
Orbiting your living room, cashing in the Bill of Rights
Cuban Army surplus or refusing all third lights
This is Radio Clash on pirate satellite, yeah!
This sound does not subscribe to the international plan
In the psycho shadow of the white right hand
Them that see ghettology as an urban Vietnam
Giving deadly exhibitions of murder by napalm
This is Radio Clash tearing up the seven veils
This is Radio Clash, please save us, not the whales
This is Radio Clash underneath a mushroom cloud
This is Radio Clash, you don't need that funeral shroud
Forces have been looting my humanity
Curfews have been curbing the end of liberty - yeah!
Hands of law have sorted through my identity
But now this sound is brave and wants to be free
Anyway to be free
This is Radio Clash on pirate satellite
This is not Free Europe
Nor an armed force network
This is Radio Clash using audio ammunition
This is Radio Clash, can we get that world to listen?
This is Radio Clash using aural ammunition
This is Radio Clash, can we get that world to listen?
This is Radio Clash on pirate satellite
Orbiting your living room, cashing in the Bill of Rights
This is Radio Clash on pirate satellite
This is Radio Clash, everybody hold on tight!
A-riggy-diggy-dig dang dang!
Go back to urban 'Nam!

mitakuye oyasin,
(Lakota prayer that means “To all my relations” or “All are related”, or “Help and Health to all my Brothers and Sisters”)
Sincerely,
Terry Dunn
